Background
& Accomplishments:
Dr. Brian Stutz has been practicing in Denver since 2002. He joined Dr. Peter Hanson at the Cherry Creek Center for Healing in 2003 with a vision of helping to create a multidisciplinary clinic specializing in conservative pain management. As a chiropractic physician, Chinese and Medically trained acupuncturist, and certified pedorthist, he incorporates a number of techniques and disciplines that allow for gentle, effective treatments that are unique to each patient. Conditions successfully treated include: headaches, back pain, neck pain, sports injuries, arthritis, plantar fasciitis, sciatica, disc disease, tennis elbow, nerve impingement, TMJ dysfunction, post-surgical syndromes, and many more.
Dr. Stutz has a passion for treating knee, ankle, and foot pain because he has been personally affected by these ailments in the past and feels that they are frequently mismanaged. At a young age, Dr. Stutz was diagnosed with congenital fusion in a number of the joints in his feet, thus limiting the ability of his feet to absorb shock. This anomaly produced severe knee and foot pain during prolonged standing, walking, and running. Upon trying a number of different treatments, he was finally able to overcome the symptoms of his condition. Currently, Dr. Stutz is pain-free, largely due to the methods of treatment currently employed in his office today. As a specialist in custom foot orthotic design, he has helped dozens of patients avoid hip, knee, and foot surgery. Dr. Stutz has designed orthotics for members of the Colorado Avalanche and U.S. Ski Team.
